- 1 drop Peppermint or Lavender
- 1 litre bottle of water
Add Peppermint to water, cap and shake vigorously. Pour away half of the contents. Refill with water. Cap and shake. Pour away half the contents. Refill with water. You are now left with 1/4 drop of Peppermint Oil to 1 litre of water.
This is cooling to hot, itchy skin, and because the dilution is so weak, it should not antidote any homeopathic remedies being taken.
Geranium Oil may be used in place of Peppermint or Lavender.
