It also makes periods regular and keeps the female reproductive organs in good health by promoting the secretion of certain hormones like estrogen and progesterone. It gives you a clear, decongested chest, helps you breathe easily, clears out mucus and phlegm, and gives relief from coughs.
It can eliminate worms like round worms, tape worms and hook worms that can result in a number of uncomfortable and dangerous health conditions.
